Beautiful and succulent, these lamb backstraps are best cooked rare to medium. A real delight and an easy meal. These can also come seasoned with Herb & garlic (gluten free), perfect to slap straight onto the BBQ.
Backstraps are supplied in two sizes, 500g (1-2 backstraps) and 1kg (approx. 4-5 backstraps per kilo)
