All meat is cryovaced for maximum tenderness and flavour and depending on product can last up to 3 weeks in the fridge. Each delivery will be ice packed and sealed in a recycled polystyrene box to ensure maximum chillness upon receipt. All items are labelled with a used by date.
All Sydney metro wide deliveries will take place each Wednesday between 6am-6pm and you will be notified on the Monday before an approximate delivery time that you will receive your order. The cut off for the Wednesday delivery is the Sunday night prior, any orders received after that will be delivered the following Wednesday (if it is urgent then please let me know and I will get it out to you). You don't have to be home to accept delivery as our meat will stay chilled until you arrive home, but its always nice to say hello and get your feedback on our products and service or just to have a chat.
All interstate and regional NSW deliveries will be dispatched on Wednesday and will arrive on Thursday or Friday (depending on destination) and can be tracked by your tracking code that will be emailed (along with instructions) to you on the day.
For any deliveries which include wine it is a requirement by law that the purchaser has to be over the age of eighteen and either the purchaser or someone over the age of eighteen must be home to accept delivery.

We use internationally trusted and secure PayPal for our payment process method and accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. If this does not suit and you would prefer to pay by EFT or over the phone that is not a problem.
