All meat is cryovaced for maximum tenderness and flavour and depending on product can last up to 3 weeks in the fridge. For interstate deliveries each delivery will be ice packed and sealed in a recycled polystyrene box to ensure maximum chillness upon receipt. For all Sydney deliveries your order will be ice packed if you are not home to receive it and left in a safe spot near your front door. We deliver all Sydney orders in a refrigerated van 0.5 degrees. All items are labelled with a used by date.
Orders need to be placed by midnight Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
All Sydney metro wide deliveries will take place each Wednesday, Thursday & Friday between 6am-6pm and you will be notified on the Monday before an approximate delivery time that you will receive your order.
You don't have to be home to accept delivery as our meat will stay chilled with ice in a cooler box until you arrive home.
QLD (BRIS/GOLDCOAST) - $18 Weekly Thursday & Friday deliveries. Orders are snap frozen and delivered in a cooler box
VIC (MELB METRO) - $18 PLEASE NOTE CHANGE TO SCHEDULE - Deliveries will now take place into VIC every 2-3 weeks each month. We need to fill at least half a chilled pallet in orders to cover costs otherwise individual delivery costs would exceed $100. We will email you an approx delivery day ASAP to ensure you are aware, if this does not suit we will refund your order.

SYDNEY MARKET PICKUPS - If you select market pickup as your preferred delivery method, I need all market orders to be placed online by 530pm each Wednesday. Your order will then be allocated to the appropriate market for pickup the following Saturday.
For any deliveries which include wine it is a requirement by law that the purchaser has to be over the age of eighteen and either the purchaser or someone over the age of eighteen must be home to accept delivery.

How to pay?
We use internationally trusted and secure PayPal for our payment process method and accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. If this does not suit and you would prefer to pay by EFT or over the phone that is not a problem.
