1 x 1-1.2kg standing 2 rib roast ( can be cut into two single rib eyes, please notify me)

1 x 1kg chuck steak ( can be swapped to gravy )

2 x hindquarter lamb shanks 

3 x 1kg gluten free thin pure beef sausages

2 x 1kg premium mince

sausages or mince can be swapped for something else of equal value
