Our lamb comes fresh from the rain-drenched pastures of South Gippsland, one of the wettest and most fertile regions in Victoria. No artificial fertilizers or pesticides, hormones or antibiotics are used.

4-5 x Chump chops

1 x  Lamb leg roast approx 2-2.2kg

Spare ribs (riblets)
